3. Copyright Protection

All original content published by EUCX Ecosystem is protected under applicable international copyright laws, including:

  • Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
  • WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)
  • Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS)
  • Applicable national copyright and software protection laws

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation of EUCX materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Software and Source Code Rights

The software, applications, backend systems, APIs, smart contracts, and infrastructure developed for EUCX Ecosystem represent valuable intellectual property.

No individual, organization, project, or company may:

Unauthorized trademark usage may result in legal action.

6. Blockchain and Digital Asset Rights

Blockchain technology does not automatically transfer intellectual property ownership.

Ownership of EUCX-related digital assets, tokens, NFTs, or blockchain records does not grant users:

  • Copyright ownership of EUCX software
  • Trademark rights
  • Commercial rights over EUCX technology
  • Permission to reproduce EUCX materials
